Thank you for finding us here today. There was a time when our remote hillside location meant that Brabourne village locals were joined only by Pilgrims and Travellers, who stumbled across our beautiful 16th century Country Inn seeking warmth, food and drink and a bed for the night at the foot of the North Downs as they made their way between London, Canterbury, Dover and France following the Pilgrims Way. Nowadays of course, technology helps us welcome the contemporary Pilgrim seeking solace from the stresses of modern day life, peace and tranquillity, to enjoy fresh local food and drink good company and the wonderful landscapes and wildlife of Kent’s North Downs, perhaps to stay awhile , yet only 35 minutes by train from London, 15 minutes from the Kent Coast, Ashford and Canterbury and just a little longer by Euro star into Paris or beyond.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the day of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s bed and breakfast. When guests don’t arrive and haven’t cancelled their reservation – a ‘no-show’ – we always charge the equivalent to the first night’s bed and breakfast.For group booking of three or more rooms we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total bed and breakfast rate for the complete booking if cancelled less than two weeks prior to the day of arrival.To cancel a booking we require written notice, by letter, phone or email.To prevent any potential loss due to cancellations we strongly recommend that you consider arranging personal travel insurance.
